Ziel dieses Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines Mechanismus, dem es gelingt dezentrale Flexibilitätspotenziale zur Unterstützung des zentralen Netzverbundes zu mobilisieren. Anhand eines Modells sowie konkreter Modellprojekte werden die im Verteilnetz angesiedelten Erzeugungs-, Verbrauchs- und Übertragungseinheiten auf Ihre Potenziale zur Bereitstellung von Systemdienstleistungen und weiterer Flexibilitäten untersucht. Zur Aggregation dieser im Kontext eines liberalisierten Strommarktes wird eine neue Marktrolle entwickelt, deren Aufgabe die effiziente Bündelung der Flexibilitäten und deren optimierter dezentraler Einsatz und Ausbau ist.

ECHO

Die Ergebnisse von ECHO ermöglichen eine bessere Gesundheitsversorgung durch mobile Dienste, Datenanalyse- und Cloud-Computing-Technologien mit massiven Kosteneinsparungen. Darüber hinaus lassen sich aus den Gesundheitsdiensten neue Dienste mit erweiterter Funktionalität orchestrieren. Die Verbesserung der Dienste wird durch die Nutzung und Analyse von Patientendaten, medizinischen Datenbanken und Erfahrungsdaten unterstützt. Die dazu erforderliche Sicherheit, Flexibilität und Skalierbarkeit wird aufgrund der Verwendung neuester Dienst- und Cloud-Technologien sichergestellt
